Rose Bowdery

I am currently an Associate Land Consultant at Mott MacDonald working within the Land Advisory team. I have worked within the industry since 2012 where I joined the land referencing community at Mouchel after studying a BA (Hons) in Geography and a Planning Masters.

I am a diligent technical specialist who focusses on delivering good quality technical excellence within compulsory purchase, land referencing, land access and land assembly processes in infrastructure. I've worked on a number of large infrastructure projects, including HS2, a number of National Highways projects, Heathrow Expansion and more recently Anglian Water's Strategic Pipeline Alliance.

I enjoy working collaboratively with others and imparting the knowledge that I have garnered through my experiences thus far in my career. I strive to promote and innovate working processes to bring land referencing out of obscurity and into the spotlight. I look forward to supporting SoLR within the Identity sub-committee and exploring what we can do within this field.

Outside of work I will most likely be walking my dog Betsy, travelling, watching live music or meeting up with friends and family.
