Mike chairs the Society of Land Referencers Identity Sub-Committee and is the Managing Director of Ardent’s Land Referencing Directorate with over 36 years’ experience in regeneration and infrastructure projects. In this time, he has supported and led the promotion and implementation of a high volume of major projects. Mike’s wide breadth of experience encompasses the land referencing requirements needed for the submission of DCO, TWA and other CPO projects, negotiation and objection management, land and property issues and strategic advice. These include: The Channel Tunnel Railway Link (HS1), Thameslink, HS2 Phase 1 & 2, Crossrail, numerous National Highways schemes and a variety of renewable energy projects.
